Minutes from meeting February 22nd 2010

Participants: Peter Wilson (PW), Stellan Berlin (SB) Håkan Kellner (HK), Rikard Bjurström (RB) and Peter Norlin (PN).

Telephone meeting over skype 14.00 – 15.30. Swedish time

1. Opening

HK opened the meeting and informed that comments on the documents “Section K - One Design Division of the 2.4mR Class” and “One Design Division boat of the 2.4mR Class

Construction Manual” were given by five countries: GBR, AUS, GER, NOR and CZE.

HK had listed the comments in a table in order to facilitate the discussions and decitions. Only one NCA has commented the Construction Manual. (NOR)

2. Comments on Section K

Decided amendments were inserted in the table. Annex 1. HK will amend the document according to the decisions. The document will then be sent to the ODRC for a last check. Comments not later than February 28th.

All drawings are not finished, as all data that have been given to us by Charger have not yet been implemented.

3. Comments on Construction Manual

Decided amendments were inserted in the table. Annex 2. HK will amend the document according to the decisions. The document will then be sent to the ODRC for a last check. Comments not later than February 28th.

4. Submission to the ISAF

HK will send the documents to Pekka Seitola February 28th, and Pekka will send the formal submission to the ISAF.

HK will send the tables with comments to Pekka, and he will send them to all NCA:s.

The tables will not be published on the web site.

HK will send an e-mail to the chairman of the ISAF TC for information that the documents will be submitted in proper way to the ISAF.
